  3. Communicate with purpose and clarity, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
  4. Be an inspiring leader to your co-leads, counterparts, and TPM colleagues.
  5. Contribute to technical frameworks that can be used by engineering teams for decision-making.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of previous release and/or project management experience on projects involving sophisticated enterprise tech environments working directly with many teams across functions.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to look at trends and lead health of projects and systems
  • Shown understanding and working knowledge of software development and modern project management standard processes, such as Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-functionally, build consensus, and complete across teams. Able to influence without authority, negotiate and encourage others in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with project planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, and a proficient user of Google Sheets
  • Experience crafting or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
  • Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems
