Staff Technical Program Manager for in-house development of Electric Power Conversion (EPC) Top Level Assembly, focusing on project management, timeline creation, component BOMs, prototype builds, validation, and cross-functional team coordination within the automotive industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Project management of EPC top level assembly development and integration into the vehicle environment.
  2. Create high level timeline and milestones for tracking critical release dates, MRD’s, validation plans, and support of industrialization.
  3. Detailed Management of component timelines from concept to delivery.
  4. Ensuring component BOMs are released and sourced.
  5. Tracking long lead part and tool order needs and collaborating with supply chain on due dates and status throughout the development.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field or related work experience
  • Familiarity with rotating machines, Electric motors, or Inverters
  • 8+ years automotive experience in program management
  • Understanding of automotive engineering release processes
  • Good knowledge of program management process and vehicle development timeline tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • Experience creating and implementing new program management processes
  • Ability to work and communicate with cross functional teams
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
