  3. Coordinate HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to ensure consistent, timely transition and milestone execution.
  4. Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues related to system, process, or team integration.
  5. Track financial and operational metrics against targets to ensure value capture and measure ROI.
