Staff Technical Recruiter to build engineering teams for an autonomous flight drone company. This senior, hands-on role involves strategic partnership with leaders, end-to-end talent strategy, pipeline building for niche skill sets, executive-level recruiting, and mentoring other recruiters. Requires deep expertise in recruiting for technical domains like Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, or Hardware Engineering, with a proven track record in growth-stage tech companies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Operate as a strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders, influencing org design, headcount planning, and hiring strategy.
  2. Own end-to-end talent strategy and execution for one or more of our core engineering orgs.
  3. Build and calibrate high-performing, diverse talent pipelines for niche, competitive skill sets in emerging technology domains.
  4. Drive executive-level recruiting engagements, from calibrations through close, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  5. Partner with People Ops, Compensation, and Finance to optimize headcount plans and hiring processes for scale and efficiency.
