This role is for a Staff Technical Success Manager at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. The role involves architecting technical strategies for enterprise customers in the APAC region, driving thought leadership, influencing the product roadmap, orchestrating customer transformations, and mentoring other TSMs. While the company is AI-focused, the role itself is customer-facing and strategic, not directly involved in building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect APAC Strategy: Design near, mid, and long-term technical strategies for a portfolio of top-tier APAC enterprise accounts, ensuring they realize full value across complex, multi-national Application Security workflows.
  2. Drive Regional Thought Leadership: Act as a "go-to" resource for the most complex customer and product scenarios in APAC, representing Snyk at regional industry events and executive forums.
  3. Influence Global Product Roadmap: Partner with global Product and Engineering teams to advocate for APAC-specific requirements (such as localized compliance or specific regional integrations) and influence product direction.
  4. Orchestrate High-Stakes Transformations: Mobilize cross-functional internal resources (Solutions Architecture, Product, Support) to remove barriers to adoption and solve technical challenges unique to the APAC market.
  5. Master Executive Storytelling: Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) for APAC leadership teams, using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate ROI and elevate Snyk’s impact within the account.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • proven history of solving complex problems for large-scale enterprises in APAC
  • Expert knowledge of modern software development life cycles and industry-standard tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code)
  • Experience navigating the business cultures and technical requirements of key APAC markets (e.g., ANZ, SE Asia, Japan)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives across different cultures and languages
  • A history of leading technical transformation projects
  • ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
