Staff Technical Success Manager (central)

This role is for a Staff Technical Success Manager at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. The role involves being a strategic advisor to top-tier enterprise customers, architecting their security strategies in the AI era, and driving adoption of Snyk's products. Responsibilities include orchestrating customer visions, building relationships, designing onboarding programs, advocating for customer needs, and preparing business reviews. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, strong knowledge of developer/application security, and excellent communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Orchestrate near, mid, and long-term visions and strategies for enterprise customers, ensuring they realize full value across their Application Security workflows.
  2. Build and foster trusted relationships with leaders within customer engineering and security organizations to drive adoption and retention.
  3. Design and execute customized onboarding programs that help customers achieve their specific security program goals using Snyk’s suite of products.
  4. Advocate internally for customer needs, working proactively with Product, Sales, and Support to influence roadmaps and mitigate risks.
  5. Prepare and facilitate strategic business review meetings (QBRs) using storytelling backed by data to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • successfully engaging with executives and technologists to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Experience working closely with highly technical customers within the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in North America
  • Strong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code)
  • Experience leading technical or engineering programs
