What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and act as the subject matter expert
  2. Architect, build, and optimize scalable Workday integrations, custom reports, and advanced security models with a constant focus on reliability, resilience and scalability
  3. Partner with People Operations, Compensation, Payroll, and Engineering teams to deliver system enhancements, process automations and resolve issues
  4. Support mergers and acquisitions and Internationalization efforts by driving onboarding workflows, data migration activities and aligning systems with company standards
  5. Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions within HR systems to improve workflows and reporting

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience working with Workday
  • configuration across HCM, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits
