This role is for a Staffing Lead at Amazon, responsible for managing mass recruitment programs for logistics sites. What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the future of workforce strategy by developing and executing comprehensive staffing plans aligned with business objectives, validating Labor Orders (Hiring Requirements) per guardrails, and participating in capacity planning calls
  2. Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing hiring trends, attrition patterns, and workforce metrics to uncover opportunities, deep dive operational performance to troubleshoot defects, and create remedial action plans that consistently deliver results
  3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize hiring efficiency, quality, and speed-to-fill while reducing cost-per-hire through systematic process enhancements and automation
  4. Partner strategically with external staffing vendor managers on site-specific hiring and conversion strategies for business-critical locations, aligning on execution plans
  5. Navigate complexity with agility by anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making strategic tradeoffs, and balancing competing business needs versus constraints
