  3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize hiring efficiency, quality, and speed-to-fill while reducing cost-per-hire through systematic process enhancements and automation
  4. Partner strategically with external staffing vendor managers on site-specific hiring and conversion strategies for business-critical locations, aligning on execution plans
  5. Build and inspire high-performing teams by leading, mentoring, and developing Staffing Associates across multiple sites through regular 1-1 meetings, meaningful performance reviews, and personalized career development discussions
