This role is for a Staffing Lead at Amazon, responsible for leading mass recruitment programs for logistics sites. What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the future of workforce strategy by developing and executing comprehensive staffing plans aligned with business objectives, validating Labor Orders (Hiring Requirements) per guardrails, and participating in capacity planning calls
  2. Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing hiring trends, attrition patterns, and workforce metrics to uncover opportunities, deep dive operational performance to troubleshoot defects, and create remedial action plans that consistently deliver results
  3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize hiring efficiency, quality, and speed-to-fill while reducing cost-per-hire through systematic process enhancements and automation
  4. Build and inspire high-performing teams by leading, mentoring, and developing Staffing Associates across multiple sites through regular 1-1 meetings, meaningful performance reviews, and personalized career development discussions
  5. Champion direct hiring initiatives by leading referral events, HelloWork partnerships, conversion programs, and in-person New Hire Events (NHE) at sites to create memorable candidate experiences
