This is a marketing internship at Pfizer focused on developing modern, digital, and data-driven marketing skills within the healthcare/pharma industry. The role involves supporting marketing teams, contributing to omnichannel marketing plans, collaborating on communication campaigns, and analyzing data/KPIs to improve patient experience and customer centricity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support for the preparation and active participation in cross-functional Team Meeting of product.
  2. Contribution to the definition of an omnichannel marketing plan.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and interface with external agencies for the implementation of communication campaigns planned.
  4. Assisting the tutor in the implementation and localization of Global campaigns.
  5. Collaboration, in a _OnePfizer,_ perspective, with all support functions for the development and implementation of initiatives and campaigns that can favor the improvement of the _patient journey_ and/or customer-centric.
  6. Support to the tutor in budget planning and control activities for the areas of responsibility.
  7. Analysis of data/KPIs to support the various marketing strategy and execution activities.
  8. Support and participation in periodic meetings with Customer Facing colleagues.

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree in scientific/economic field obtained within 12 months
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent command of the main IT tools, MS Office
  • Initiative and problem-solving spirit
