Databricks is seeking a Startup Account Executive to drive sales for their Data Intelligence Platform, which unifies data, analytics, and AI. The role involves building territory plans, aligning customers with the Lakehouse vision, managing sales processes, and exceeding revenue targets. Requires 1+ years of closing sales experience, preferably in big data, Cloud, or SaaS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build a territory plan by 30 days with a clear account prioritization strategy.
  2. Align both new and existing customers with the Lakehouse vision and ecosystem.
  3. Be able to range from faster transactions to large strategic deals.
  4. Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; you will be expected to prospect in this role.
  5. Maintain clear Salesforce and Clari hygiene including use case, MEDDPICC, revenue forecasts, and account notes.
