Startup Partner - Northern Europe

Stripe is seeking a Startup Partner for Northern Europe to drive market awareness and adoption of Stripe's payments and applications platform within startup communities. This role involves identifying and engaging with VCs and their portfolio companies, building strategic relationships, and collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and technical background, with experience in business development, sales, or program management within the technology industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. identifying appropriate Northern European based early and late stage VCs to target
  2. driving the necessary business and technical relationships with the VC and their portfolio companies to establish new business in those accounts
  3. work closely with the northern europe Stripe sales team on day-to-day interactions with the portfolio companies in order to build a long-term channel
  4. work closely with the Stripe marketing team on activities that tie in to the startup community
  5. Take a data-driven view of your work using salesforce.com to measure and forecast accurately

  • 10-12 years of business development/sales or program/product management or startup/investor experience within the technology industry
