Startups Partner Manager, Y Combinator

Brex is seeking a Startups Partner Manager to join their Y Combinator team. This role will focus on building relationships within the Y Combinator ecosystem to drive leads and expand market footprint. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating partners, crafting go-to-market strategies, facilitating onboarding, serving as a product expert, and working cross-functionally to drive co-marketing opportunities and inform the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in partnerships or closing sales, understands the venture community, and has a track record of hitting targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with YC partners, staff, and founders
  2. Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner
  3. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams
  4. Serve as a product expert, articulating our value proposition to partners
  5. Be the connective tissue for partners to the Brex ecosystem

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in a partnerships or closing sales role
  • Understanding of the venture community and how to drive partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets and quotas
  • Ability to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that align with partner’s needs and business goals
