Entry-level Rotational Engineer supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering. Applies diversified knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and practices to support a range of supply-chain engineering projects, associated KPIs, goals, and objectives. Collaborates with Site Leadership and cross-functional partners to influence engineering designs, methods, and final deliverables, while promoting efficiency, quality, and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participates in engineering projects including completing assigned tasks on-time and with high quality.
  2. Assists in tasks associated with process validation (Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification, Computer Software Validation and Test Method Validation) and engineering studies.
  3. Assists in process improvements for existing manufacturing processes utilizing appropriate engineering principles and standard strategies e.g. Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  4. Provides support for designed experiments and capability studies, collects documents and files records on process specifications.
  5. Assists with the programming, set-up and debugging of equipment or measuring instruments.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Computing/Computer Systems or related degree
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain active, regular communication and involvement with internal and external project team members
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance

Nice to have

  • Recent graduate (2024 to 2025 or due to graduate in May 2026)
  • Minimum GPA: 3.2
  • Working knowledge of machine and electrical safety standards
  • Lean Sigma experience
  • Experience with equipment programming software
