NVIDIA is seeking a Stock Plan Coordinator to support the administration of its global equity programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating equity processes, supporting RSU vesting, assisting with regulatory filings, and partnering with various internal teams (Payroll, Legal, HR, Finance) and external partners. Responsibilities include developing employee education resources, maintaining intranet content, responding to auditor requests, and assisting employees with stock plan questions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, knowledge of equity compensation and international taxation, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. CEP certification is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to support compliance and reporting requirements
  2. Support RSU vesting activities, including coordination with Payroll and Finance teams
  3. Help lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
  4. Develop and maintain clear, accessible resources that help employees understand their equity compensation
  5. Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to support regulatory compliance

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including exposure to international programs
  • Knowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation concepts
  • Strong organization, analysis, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • CEP certification or progress toward certification
  • Experience with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform
  • Exposure to equity programs in Israel, China, or Vietnam
  • Experience improving stock administration processes through automation or data tools
