The Strategic Account & Access Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is responsible for driving portfolio growth and accelerating patient access to new product launches within their assigned accounts. This role involves developing local market access plans, creating supporting tools like value dossiers and economic models, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access strategies, ensure optimal patient access, and manage supply chain aspects for their accounts. A deep understanding of the disease area, products, local market landscape, and healthcare compliance is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives the growth of current portfolio at the accounts under his/her responsibility and is accountable to accelerate access to patients of new product launches.
  2. Develops local market access plans at the account level for J&J's portfolio as well as the necessary tools to support the strategy (including value dossiers, economic models and data generation strategies)
  3. Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level.
  4. Ensures earliest and optimal market access that reflect on patients’ benefits.
  5. Works in collaboration with cross- functional teams internally to develop timely and robust market access strategies for new products and current portfolio.
