This role focuses on leading the growth and retention of strategic grocery and convenience partnerships for Uber Eats in ANZ. It involves influencing expansion, product adoption, merchandising, and trade planning, as well as managing commercial and legal processes, and building out a B2B acquisition and account management function. The role requires a consultative selling approach, strong commercial acumen, and project management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the growth and retention of our largest and most strategic grocery & convenience partnerships in ANZ, bringing the best selection to Uber Eats consumers.
  2. This role will encompass influencing expansion, product adoption, consumer value proposition, merchandising and trade planning of these partners, embedding them for long term partnership success.
  3. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers throughout the organization; and effectively identify and exploit opportunities to improve core business metrics for our partners and for Uber Eats.
  4. Conceive, design and lead growth initiatives with our partners and drive through to completion, working cross functionally with Uber's internal teams and our merchant partners to creatively solve problems to bring cross-product opportunities to life
  5. Governance of strategic partnerships including executive engagement, joint business planning and quarterly business reviews
