Strategic Account Director for an AI-first SaaS company focused on the legal industry, responsible for managing and growing enterprise accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Growth & Retention: Prospect, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contract renewals.
  2. Strategic Account Planning: Partner with EvenUp product and executive teams to develop and execute long-term success plans aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes.
  3. Own High-Value Accounts: Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-touch support and strategic guidance.
  4. On-site Client Engagement: Be present with clients at least once a week—build trust, understand evolving goals, and ensure alignment.
  5. Outcome-Focused Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to Product, Finance, and Engineering to improve offerings and align on goals.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management
  • Proven track record managing a few large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope
