Strategic Account Executive

Strategic Account Executive responsible for driving new business and growth within large enterprise prospects for Glean's Work AI platform. This role involves developing tailored sales strategies, conducting account research, executive-level messaging, and collaborating with internal teams to close deals and achieve ARR targets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in complex SaaS sales, a technical understanding of enterprise software, and the ability to articulate the value of AI-powered solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  2. Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
  3. Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value drive sales cycle
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  5. You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approach

  • Closing experience in Sales
