This role focuses on leading enterprise transformation strategies for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. The primary goal is to drive long-term business outcomes for customers by aligning technology, business priorities, and operating models, and by orchestrating cross-functional teams within Microsoft and partner ecosystems. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong business acumen, and experience in closing complex deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead enterprise-wide transformation strategies with senior customer stakeholders, aligning technology, business priorities, operating models, and measurable long-term outcomes
  2. Shape and execute integrated strategic account plans that align customer priorities, Microsoft investments, partner capabilities, and executive governance frameworks
  3. Orchestrate large cross-functional and cross-company stakeholder groups, driving alignment, accountability, and coordinated execution across sales, engineering, product, partner, and support organizations
  4. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technology executives, influencing enterprise strategy, investment direction, transformation priorities, and organizational change initiatives
  5. Establish and lead executive governance models that enable strategic decision-making, risk management, issue resolution, and long-term alignment between customers and Microsoft senior leadership
