Strategic Account Executive

This role is for a Strategic Account Executive at Rubrik, a company focused on data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  2. Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  3. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts
  4. Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments
  5. Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors and VAR’s to enable rapid growth

Skills

Required

  • 5 years Tech sales experience (selling either IT Infrastructure or SaaS Security)
  • Consistent track record landing “net new logos"
  • Strong track record of performance selling to many accounts across various verticals
  • Understanding and experience working with channel
  • Consistent overachievement
  • Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
  • Experience selling a complex solutions
