Strategic Account Executive 4 responsible for leading relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers, protecting and growing Twilio’s messaging, voice, and email services business. This role involves driving analytical and consultative sales cycles with large-scale, global, compliance-heavy businesses, requiring cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on revenue and gross profit results. Requires 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 in strategic sales, and expertise in managing quantitative products/solutions and business forecasts. Domain expertise in telecom, SaaS, or quantitative industries is desired.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and expand some of our most important Retail customer accounts.
  2. Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  3. Partner closely with other Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your Regulated Verticals account portfolio.
  4. Serve on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams.
  5. Run a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management.
