What you'd actually do

  1. Evangelize Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark and launch the Databricks brand in Strategic Accounts across all industries
  2. Prospect, identify and source new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and/or with the Databricks SDR team
  3. Engage with business and technical decision makers and lead them through the evaluation and buying process
  4. Exceed individual activity, pipeline and annual revenue targets
  5. Engage with and drive business through local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs and GSIs)

Skills

Required

  • Strategic Sales experience
  • Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology sales experience
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach
  • Ability to articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value
  • Automotive vertical domain sales experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Strategic Customers
