What you'd actually do

  1. Account Planning: You will lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from Canva's products. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.
  2. Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: You will manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
  3. Customer Centric: You will leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer, presented through a creative lens, to guide customers on a journey that feels personalized and right for them.
  4. Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva’s product and an ability to sell creative solutions that address customers’ unique problems. You will gather customer feedback and convey market needs to inform the Product roadmap and provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
  5. Foster long-term relationships: Recognize the value of building long-term relationships and strive to create lasting partnerships both with customers and internal cross functional teams (Product, Eng, Post-Sales, Customer Success).
  6. Bring chaos to clarity: Simplifying complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories and materials using Canva’s worksuite (presentations, doc etc.)
