The role involves prospecting, building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing existing accounts within the public sector. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in technology, particularly SaaS or IT infrastructure, and experience selling into Federal Government organizations. What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect into Federal Government organizations while running an efficient sales process
  2. Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
  3. Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business
  4. Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with FED enterprises by selling value and ROI
  5. Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
