Strategic Account Executive, North Central

Glean is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and growth within their largest enterprise prospects. This role involves developing tailored strategies, conducting account research, executive-level messaging, and champion-building to deliver on customer pain points and business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing net new logos, navigating complex organizations, understanding customer business objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and achieve ARR revenue targets. The role requires a strong understanding of technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with a basic understanding of search infrastructure being a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  2. Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
  3. Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value drive sales cycle
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  5. You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approach
