Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the UAE market, based in London. The role involves managing strategic customer accounts, developing execution strategies, exceeding revenue targets, identifying new use case opportunities, and promoting the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise sales, value selling, and working with technical buyers and C-suite leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  2. Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
  3. Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  4. Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
  5. Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform

Required

  • Extensive understanding of the data platform, open source and cloud ecosystems
  • Highly skilled in prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action plan
  • Ability to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teams
  • Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite
  • Adept in selling to technical buyers
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC
  • Fluency in English
