Strategic Account Lead

This role is responsible for implementing strategic plans for key accounts in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, focusing on patient access, outcomes, and business growth. It involves relationship management with stakeholders, translating market access strategies into field execution, communicating product value propositions, and supporting tender processes. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, market access, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acts as Our Company’s field-level Access contact for hospitals, wellbeing services counties, and key decision-makers
  2. Builds and maintains long-term relationships with hospital management, procurement, clinical decision-makers, and experts
  3. Map account decision-making processes, funding mechanisms and guidelines; identify barriers to access and co-create solutions to overcome them.
  4. Translates national and regional market access strategies into practical field execution
  5. Communicates product value propositions (clinical, economic, and patient pathway) to decision-makers
