Strategic Account Manager for UPS Mail Innovations, responsible for generating new business, managing large accounts, and cultivating client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction. What you'd actually do

  1. Generates new business and manages customer relationships for Mail Innovations’ (MI) large accounts.
  2. Responsible for meeting and exceeding established individual sales plans.
  3. Maintains a strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team to obtain sales leads and develop enterprise bundled account strategies.
  4. Cultivates key relationships internally and externally to achieve sales results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Stays abreast of competitive and industry knowledge to deliver enterprising customer solutions.
