What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Workday North Asia relationship: engagements, leads, governance, GTM, and executive/field alignment across ASEAN and GCR.
  2. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via Workday and Workday ecosystem motions.
  3. Identify, recruit, and activate strategic Workday ecosystem partners (SIs, implementation partners, specialist partners) across the region.
  4. Build and execute joint GTM plans focused on the Workday customer base, with a primary emphasis on Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, and Hong Kong, as well as the wider ASEAN region.
  5. Act as business owner for Workday integrations and technical enhancements, partnering with Product and Tech, required to support the region.
