This role is a Strategic Business Development Manager at Adobe, focused on driving business growth and improving customer experiences by partnering with diverse teams to implement Adobe's offerings. The role involves qualifying discovery insights, customizing demos, engaging customers, and leveraging successful implementations to expand Adobe's footprint. While the role requires knowledge of GenAI prompting and Adobe's AI-powered products, its core function is business development and customer engagement, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify discovery insights collected by CSM, validate session agenda, and confirm attendee profiles
  2. Ensure accurate context and details on customers’ ecosystems, workflows, and technologies
  3. Select relevant use cases, customize demos, and deliver impactful sessions
  4. Qualify readiness for formal POCs or equivalent experience
  5. Demonstrate specific value against pre-agreed critical metrics

Skills

Required

  • Practical experience with Adobe’s applications for enterprise brands
  • Skill in facilitating discovery calls and determining improvement opportunities
  • A mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and consulting skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Experience in effective GenAI prompting and knowledge of Adobe’s competing solutions
  • Practice with Adobe CC apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects
  • Experience delivering API projects and communicating with IT and Developers
  • Strong ability to open doors, secure meetings, and develop positive relationships
