This role is for a Strategic Business Development associate focused on building pipeline within high-value accounts for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. The role involves identifying opportunities within complex organizations, building relationships across product, engineering, and commercial teams, and converting these into qualified opportunities and revenue. It emphasizes deep account engagement, creative outbound strategies using AI tools, and collaboration with Account Executives. What you'd actually do

  1. Own pipeline within strategic accounts: build and execute account plans across a focused set of high-value companies, identify where ElevenLabs can drive meaningful impact based on org structure, product signals, and business priorities, and create and progress opportunities from first touch through qualification and beyond to later stages of the cycle
  2. Drive multi-threaded engagement: map and engage stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams, build relationships beyond a single entry point, and develop multiple use cases within the same account
  3. Run high-signal outbound: execute highly personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person, use AI tools and workflows to identify signals and prioritize timing, and focus on precision and relevance over volume
  4. Operate in-market: represent ElevenLabs at conferences, events, and field activities, identify and engage the right people in live environments, and start conversations without relying on scripts
  5. Partner on deal development: work closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression, contribute to shaping deals before and after qualification, and stay involved in strategic opportunities to support expansion and momentum

Skills

Required

  • Track record of generating meetings, opportunities, or pipeline in a B2B environment
  • Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders within complex organizations
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify real opportunities, not just interest
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality of execution
