This role is a Strategic Client Architect at Salesforce, focusing on defining enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies powered by Salesforce and AI. The role involves partnering with CIOs/CTOs, defining future-state architectures, leading technical strategy for deals, conducting discovery sessions, owning Proof of Concepts, designing multi-cloud architectures, and championing the adoption of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven architectures. It requires a strong blend of enterprise strategy, technical thought leadership, AI transformation advisory, and hands-on architectural skills, with a focus on driving customer outcomes and influencing multi-million dollar deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects to define enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies powered by Salesforce and AI
  2. Lead technical strategy for priority deals, supporting account teams in winning new business
  3. Design scalable, multi-cloud architectures across Salesforce (MuleSoft, Informatica, AI, Industry Clouds, integrations, etc.)
  4. Champion adoption of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven architectures
  5. Mentor Solution Engineers, Technical Architects, and partners
