Strategic Communications Professional - Consultant, Strategy, Growth & Transformation

This role focuses on strategic communications for a team that leverages Generative AI and other technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. The professional will develop and execute communication plans, create communication products, translate complex information into narratives, and support stakeholder engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategic communications plans supporting stand-up, governance, and operationalization activities.
  2. Create communications products such as leadership briefings, talking points, FAQs, status updates, stakeholder messages, and other program-facing materials.
  3. Translate complex program information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  4. Support communications associated with governance forums, KPI reporting, decision-making processes, and enterprise alignment efforts.
  5. Coordinate messaging and planning across Deloitte project leadership, governance leads, KPI teams, program leads, and Public Affairs.
