Strategic Communications Professional - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth & Transformation

This role is for a Strategic Communications Professional within Deloitte's Customer team, focusing on strategy, growth, and transformation. The position involves developing and executing strategic communications plans, creating communication products, translating complex information into clear narratives, and supporting stakeholder engagement. While the team works with Generative AI, the core function of this role is communications and strategy, not direct AI/ML development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategic communications plans supporting Operations Center stand-up, governance, and operationalization activities.
  2. Create communications products such as leadership briefings, talking points, FAQs, status updates, stakeholder messages, and other program-facing materials.
  3. Translate complex program information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  4. Support communications associated with governance forums, KPI reporting, decision-making processes, and enterprise alignment efforts.
  5. Coordinate messaging and planning across Deloitte project leadership, governance leads, KPI teams, program leads, and Public Affairs.
