This role is for a Strategic Customer Success Team Manager at monday.com, focusing on leading a team that manages high-ARR global accounts. The mission is to transform these accounts into AI-first engines by bridging product capabilities with business outcomes. The role involves enabling the team to shift from traditional SaaS CS to becoming 'Transformational AI builders', developing executive value narratives, designing governance frameworks, and influencing the product roadmap. Key responsibilities include owning Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) for the strategic cohort, and ensuring customer adoption of AI-first workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Senior/Principal CSMs managing our most complex, high-ARR global accounts.
  2. Enable your team in the shift from traditional SAAS CS to becoming "Transformational AI builders" within the Ent sphere.
  3. Personally partner and lead value narratives for C-suite and Economic Buyers, proving $ROI$ and strategic partnership, through core outcome achievements.
  4. Design and implement scalable governance, value, enablement and usage frameworks that ensure our use within our top customers is driving mission-critical outcomes.
  5. Own the P&L for your segment, with total accountability for Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) across the EMEA Strategic cohort.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ Years in SaaS
  • Extensive experience in Customer Success or Professional Services
  • at least 5 years leading teams in the Strategic/Enterprise space
  • Proven track record of managing global accounts with complex security, integration, and change management needs
  • A deep understanding of AI implementation lifecycles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams you don't directly manage (Sales, Product, and Solutions) to resolve customer friction
