This role is a Strategic Delivery Lead within Capital One's Business Cards & Payments organization. The primary focus is on driving the execution of high-priority initiatives, including strategic planning, resource management, change leadership, stakeholder influence, business performance tracking, and leveraging AI for process efficiencies. The role requires strong project/program management, people management, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on influencing and delivering results in a complex business environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategic Planning: Execute thorough planning and prioritization processes across Business Operations to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
  2. Resource Management: Drive resource capacity planning exercises in close collaboration with key business partners to optimize team output.
  3. Change Leadership: Manage large-scale change management efforts to ensure operational readiness and mitigate organizational risk.
  4. Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate with a diverse group of partners, including Product, Tech, Underwriting, Fraud, Risk, and Compliance.
  5. Compelling Communication: Deliver clear, structured, and compelling messages (verbal and written) to audiences ranging from junior associates to senior leadership.
