Strategic Events Lead

This role owns the strategic events program for Cursor, focusing on driving engagement with enterprise accounts and generating pipeline. Responsibilities include event planning, budget management, booth build-out, onsite execution, designing executive engagement programs, and tracking pipeline attribution. The ideal candidate has experience in strategic events at high-growth B2B/enterprise software companies, operational excellence, and a revenue marketing mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own Cursor's Strategic Events plan, including annual event calendar, prioritization framework, and budget allocation across tier-one and tier-two conferences
  2. Partner with our internal Brand Studio on end-to-end booth and activation build-out, including vendor management, creative direction, messaging, and experiential design targeted at executive enterprise buyers
  3. Drive onsite execution — managing logistics, staff scheduling, run-of-show, and real-time problem solving across all events
  4. Design executive engagement programs at events, including hosted dinners, private briefings, roundtables, and VIP experiences tied to target account lists
  5. Partner closely with enterprise sales and SDR teams to identify priority accounts, coordinate pre-event outreach, and ensure follow-through post-event
