Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to promote the Salesforce brand and products at strategic events. The role involves supporting event organization and execution, managing logistics, internal communication, audience engagement, vendor management, and analyzing event performance. The apprentice will work with various internal teams and external vendors, focusing on driving audience acquisition and ensuring on-brand messaging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the organisation and execution of our French Salesforce Strategic events (e.g., Salesforce World Tour Paris, third-party events). This involves event facilitation, logistics, internal communication, target audience engagement, vendor management, production aspects, and presentations. The role covers all audiences, industries, and products
  2. Work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and successfully execute our Strategic events programs
  3. Drive audience acquisition by supporting and executing targeted registration strategies, through external and internal communication plans
  4. Develop dashboards & reports to track registrations across the different events activations
  5. Coordinate post-event follow-up activities, including gathering feedback from participants, ensuring proper communication of next steps, and analyzing data to refine future event strategies, leads managements strategy

Skills

Required

  • 2027 or 2028 graduate (Master degree) from all academic backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all local and international stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills (in English as well)
  • Fluent in French and in English language
  • Good organisation skills with capability to manage projects and deadlines successfully in a collaborative and extremely fast paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in events management is a plus
