Strategic Finance Associate / Senior Associate - Gtm Finance

This role is for a Strategic Finance Associate/Senior Associate focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) finance. The role partners with GTM organizations, acting as a financial thought partner to accelerate customer acquisition and drive efficient growth. Responsibilities include capacity modeling, churn forecasting, KPI analysis, financial trajectory analysis, ROI metric establishment, and assisting with planning systems and investor relations. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in finance roles within B2B/SaaS companies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the topline capacity model and churn finance forecast for the company
  2. Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders in GTM to ensure they have the necessary resource allocations to invest in key investments/initiatives
  3. Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track team-specific and company-wide trends, growth initiatives, business performance, and provide visibility into operating performance
  4. Understand and analyze the levers that drive Glean’s long-term financial trajectory
  5. Establish and manage key ROI and efficiency metrics across different business segments, and regularly analyze and report on these metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required

  • Expert financial modeling experience

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
  • preferably for a B2B and/or SaaS business

Nice to have

  • Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work 3 days a week in the office
