Strategic Operations Lead, Delivery Integrations

This role focuses on managing and optimizing operations for third-party distribution partnerships (like Instacart) for Uber Eats. What you'd actually do

  1. Own Partnership Performance & Analytics: Analyze performance across 3P distribution partnerships to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and risks; translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  2. Operational Problem Solving: Partner cross-functionally to design and implement operational solutions that improve partnership health, scalability, and business outcomes.
  3. Senior Leadership Communication: Own executive-level reporting and narratives on partnership health, performance trends, and strategic priorities; prepare materials for senior leadership forums.
  4. External Partner Collaboration: Engage directly with external partners as needed, working closely with Business Development to drive the right commercial and strategic outcomes.
  5. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Own new strategic initiatives from 0-to-1—scoping opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution through launch and implementation.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, and/or management consulting
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplaces, restaurant tech companies, or bizops / strategy teams at B2B software companies
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Expertise in SQL
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
