What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives. You’ll translate market insights into actionable strategies, moving from ideation to launch and scaling high-impact opportunities that hit revenue targets.
  2. Manage senior-level relationships with stadiums and event locations. You’ll lead commercial negotiations and then roll up your sleeves to design physical pickup zones, signage, and wayfinding to optimize rider/driver flow.
  3. Design and launch consumer-facing campaigns that turn brand partnerships into measurable demand. You’ll build the "playbooks" that allow these partnerships to scale across the country.
  4. Define the KPIs that matter. You will track performance metrics conversion, reliability, and ROI and continuously iterate to improve the experience.
  5. Balance high-level strategic planning with the nitty-gritty of daily operations. You’ll work with leadership to set the direction for Germany while ensuring standard operating procedures are flawless.
