Strategic Partner Development Manager, Asean

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Metro Manila, Philippines

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Manager for ASEAN to identify, recruit, and onboard new System Integrator (SI) partners. This role focuses on building the partner ecosystem by developing strategies for partner acquisition, establishing executive-level relationships, and creating joint business plans. The manager will act as a market expert and evangelist for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring a smooth transition for newly onboarded partners and reporting on recruitment pipeline metrics. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a data-driven strategy for identifying and recruiting top-tier, net-new SIs in strategic markets across ASEAN (e.g., Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam).
  2. Conduct in-depth market analysis to profile target SIs based on industry focus, technical capabilities, geographical reach, and their potential for investment in a Salesforce practice.
  3. Own the entire recruitment cycle: from initial contact and pitch through to legal agreement signing and formal onboarding.
  4. Build and nurture executive-level relationships (C-level, Practice Leads) within target SI firms to secure commitment and investment in building a robust, long-term Salesforce practice.
  5. Develop joint business plans with newly recruited SIs, defining practice goals, solution focus, enablement milestones, and initial co-sell activities.
