Strategic Partner Manager

Lyft is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage and scale partnerships for their Rideshare business. This role involves growing existing partnerships through product integrations, marketing, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving objective impact and revenue growth. The manager will work with cross-functional teams and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners, leading financial and analytics reporting, and driving business reviews.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, and grow a set of strategic partners to align with and exceed Lyft’s company objectives, product priorities and key business metrics
  2. Leverage data and insights to drive strategy recommendations and partner initiatives
  3. Build and share learnings and best practices based on partner performance and effectiveness
  4. Scale partnership programs that drive incremental rides, bookings, market share, preference, and membership growth
  5. Develop and maintain cross functional relationships across the company, partnering independently and proactively with Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A, Science and other key internal partners

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of business development, partner management, strategy and/or program management experience
  • Strong understanding and interest in Lyft’s products and competitive landscape
  • Experience with 2-sided marketplaces
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
