Strategic Partnership Manager

Autodesk is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and scale their partner ecosystem across APAC for the Design & Manufacturing team. This role will lead technology partnerships, operationalize partner programs, design partner-led revenue models, and manage a strategic partner cohort to drive product integrations, marketing reach, and ecosystem growth. Responsibilities include defining APAC partner strategy, creating business models, identifying partner segments, rolling out partner programs, developing and negotiating deals, managing partner relationships, and tracking partner KPIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute APAC partner strategy aligned with global Fusion/Design & Manufacturing platform objectives, prioritizing partner types and markets (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Korea, India, ANZ)
  2. Create business models, financial forecasts and commercial structures (bundles, revenue share, OEM licensing, embedded commerce) for regional deals
  3. Identify high-impact partner segments (OEMs, hardware vendors, ISVs, service bureaus, marketplaces) and enhance roadmaps to expand Autodesk’s reach
  4. Own regional rollout and operationalization of the partner program: partner tiers, commitments/benefits, onboarding, certification, enablement content, partner portal adoption and automation
  5. Originate, qualify, and close strategic partnership deals; lead commercial negotiations from term sheet to signed agreements with legal and finance
