What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Wix's most important strategic channel accounts and partnerships in the Japanese market
  2. Deeply understand the customer's technical and business environment and take responsibility for their growth and success
  3. Deeply understand the platform's features, including integrations, data structure, and funnel flow
  4. Translate customer requirements into product features and propose optimal solutions
  5. Achieve customer consensus and realize projects with high quality, on-time delivery, and within budget

Skills

Required

  • Over 10 years of experience in account management or customer success (including managing large strategic accounts)
  • Extensive industry experience (SaaS industry preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of user journeys, business processes, marketing, GTM strategies, integrations, and data analysis
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, growth, and retention
  • Excellent comprehensive communication skills in both Japanese and English, including verbal and written
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
