This role is for a Strategic Partnership Manager focused on the Japan market, managing Wix's largest strategic channel partner as a customer. Responsibilities include fostering relationships, understanding customer environments, interpreting requirements into solutions, managing QBRs/ABRs, and ensuring project delivery. Requires 10+ years in account management/customer success, SaaS experience, deep understanding of user journeys and GTM strategies, and strong Japanese and English communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Wix’s largest strategic channel accounts and partnerships in the Japan market
  2. Learn customers’ technical and business environments to take full responsibility for growth and success
  3. Master the platform’s capabilities, including integration, data structure, and funnel flows
  4. Interpret customer requirements into product capabilities to propose tailored solutions
  5. Ensure customer buy-in and deliver projects qualitatively, on time, and within budget

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • managing large strategic accounts
  • SaaS experience
  • Deep understanding of user journey, processes, marketing, GTM strategies, integrations, and data analysis
  • Proven experience in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, growth, and retention
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or above)
  • English (full business proficiency or above)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
