This role focuses on strategic partnerships to bring AI products to market within Google Search, driving adoption and value for Google and its ecosystem. It involves identifying opportunities, developing relationships with key partners, structuring agreements, and overseeing integration and performance monitoring. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the execution of strategic partnerships, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that drive significant business growth and engaged advantage.
  2. Develop and cultivate deep relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on objectives.
  3. Discuss and structure partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  4. Oversee the integration and implementation of partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure successful launch and ongoing operations.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth to achieve goals.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executives.
