Whatnot is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager (French-speaking) to drive business growth and foster relationships with sellers on their livestream shopping platform. The role involves developing strategies, managing a book of business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support seller success and product adoption in the e-commerce space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and nurture strong seller relationships to support the business through a consultative approach. Deeply understand sellers' business, seller growth opportunities, seller marketing, and exec-level coaching needed to help Whatnot sellers achieve high growth goals
  2. Grow seller business through clear, data-driven POVs, and recommendations that align with overall business and company goals
  3. Manage a targeted book of business and develop a strategy for both short and long-term sustained success. Drive in-quarter business growth and product adoption
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to share insights and learnings from our sellers. Advocate for our sellers and their needs, clearly articulating business and revenue impact and needs to unlock growth
  5. Perform project management on initiatives across a variety of cross-functional team stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes
